Founding general meeting

On December 20^th 2022, a founding general meeting was held where the association was founded.

It follows from the law on collective management of copyright, that a number of Music Nest’s political decisions must be adopted by the general meeting, and the agenda for the founding general meeting is in line with the law’s requirements.

The agenda for the founding general meeting:

1. Selection of referent
2. Processing of proposals for the foundation of the association Music Nest Norway on the basis of draft articles of association
3. Election of board members and chairman
4. Election of auditor
5. Selection of 2 internal auditors
6. Adoption of the association’s overall distribution principles
7. Adoption of the association’s cost principles and use of non-distributable funds
8. Adoption of the association’s investment principles
9. Adoption of the areas where the association can manage rights
10. Adoption of the budget until the ordinary general meeting, as well as board fees and membership fees
11. Adoption of the association’s risk management principles and any acquisitions, sales and mortgages of real estate, mergers etc. which follow from point 7.3 of the articles of association.
12. Any other business
